Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations: An order can be cancelled only if it has not yet been dispatched from our facility. Please contact us immediately on our WhatsApp number for cancellation requests.
- Returns & Refunds: Due to FSSAI norms and the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items once they have been delivered. However, we will provide a full refund or replacement in the following cases:
- The wrong product was delivered to you.
- The product was delivered in a damaged or tampered condition.
- Process for Refund/Replacement: To be eligible, you must notify us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please include your Order ID and clear photographic evidence of the issue. Our team will review the case and process the refund/replacement within 5-7 business days.
